Title: CD player hack??? Post by: skip2mylou on June 25, 2007, 06:10:48 PM hey everyone, ive got like 8 cd players, and i guess they all dont work, so whatever. i was checkin online to see what i could do with the motor and the laser, but i couldnt find any hacks involving the CD player. well not any good ones, most of them called for a CD rom drive. i currently like my CD rom drive IN my pc, although that might change in the future. but for now i wanna know if any of u know any cool hacks using CD player pars. let me know. thanks.

Post by: Snafupossum on June 27, 2007, 02:05:49 PM should work with either, all your doing is hooking up to the arm.ive seen vids with people using antique hard drives that are like for7" drives, then a normal hard drive, then a laptop hard drive, each one acting as a seperate speaker.

red is positive + black is negative - . now take the wres that go to the reader and to the motor. strip the wires and put on 9 volt after you put a crap cd on it and then run Title: Re: CD player hack???
