Title: IT WONT WORK :( Post by: -fUkWuT- on June 03, 2007, 09:02:02 PM So I read a few tuts on how to setup Xlink Kai and I've got it showing that my Xbox is configured successfully but network keeps saying I'm unreachable and then Kai just closes.
I think that means I need to forward port 30000, so I read a tut on how to do that for my modem (crappy D-Link DSL-302G) and followed it but it doesnt look like it worked. My Xbox is connected to the ethernet port on the back of my hard drive with a crossover cable and I have to connect my modem using USB cos I only hav 1 NIC and 1 ethernet port. Any ideas? ??? I used this tut http://portforward.com/networking/static-xp.htm and when I do ipconfig/all in the cmd prompt it shows my ip as 10.1.1.3 but ip-chicken shows me something like 222.153.23.226..

Title: Re: IT WONT WORK :( Post by: InsaneTrout on September 27, 2007, 11:28:43 PM Kai is being dumb i have only gotten to use it only once or twice and it worked flawlessly but i wanna use it now to play halo 3 in campaign with people but every time i boot it up like 10 seconds later it gives me some error and asks if i wanna send an error report and on top of that my media player is only letting me sync one thing at a time to my phone now it used to let me sync as many as i want but now if i do 2 or more files or music i mean at a time my hard drive totally just stops like it shuts it down and then instantly reboots do i have a virus or something? i scan my computer with Zone Alarm security suite 2007 and it doesn't find anything.

My computer has had tons of improper shut downs cause of my retarded mom and it doesn't matter now my xbox hdd just crashed like just now,It makes a sound like its scraping against something and then makes some beeping sound so I'm gonna go shove a pickax through it or something because I am super pissed right now. >:( >:( >:( unless somebody knows about that llama thing where you can send in your broken xbox and get a new one for free.
