They are spaces where RAM could go and are all ready setup it's just that they are missing RAM. You can infact solder '32mb SDRAM' onto each of those spots to increase your memory but your xbox startup code needs to be modified to allow your xbox to take full advantage of the extra RAM. Like zzk said you cannot use this with xbox games because they aren't programmed to take full advantage of the extra RAM. You can however use the emulators, homebrew, and Win98 much smoother.
